Who we are

This notice applies to this informational website. BillMile.com is a separate product site; this notice does not cover it.

Information we receive

• Messages you send: if you email, call, text, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and content you choose to provide, including any files or examples you send for a sample.
• Contact form: if you use the form on our home page, we store your name, company, email, phone number if you give one, and message, together with the page you came from, your browser's user agent, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. To save your request, the form starts an anonymous Firebase session that lasts only while the page is open; this site has no user accounts. Requests are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. To keep automated tools from abusing the form, Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, through Firebase App Check, checks that each request comes from this site; for that check it collects information about your browser and how you interact with the page.
• Basic website requests: Firebase Hosting processes information needed to serve and protect the site, including IP addresses and request details.
• Optional analytics: if you allow it, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, page use, and whether someone sends the form or taps a contact link, through tag G-F9MX8QHGBB. We do not load that tag before you opt in. We do not configure advertising personalization on this site.
• Your choice: your browser stores an analytics preference in local storage so we can remember it. It is not sent to our server as an account profile.

How we use information

We use inquiries to respond, prepare samples and proposals, discuss possible work, and keep ordinary business records. Hosting data helps deliver the site, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. With your permission, analytics helps us understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We don't use your information for other purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not use this site for targeted advertising. We only call, text, or message you on WhatsApp to reply to your request; we don't send promotional texts or WhatsApp messages.

Examples you send for a sample

When you send documents, photos, or messages so we can prepare a sample, we use them only to prepare that sample and a proposal for you. We treat them as confidential, and only Vertum's founders can access them.

We read them with Google Cloud's AI services (Vertex AI). Under Google's terms for business customers, Google does not use that content to train its models.

Send only documents you are allowed to share, and cover details we don't need, such as account numbers or personal data of your customers or employees. If you don't hire us, we delete the examples within 30 days after delivering the sample, or sooner if you ask.

Providers and transfers

Google provides Firebase Hosting, the services that protect and store contact form requests (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise), and, only after consent, Google Analytics. Google Workspace handles our email, and Google Cloud's Vertex AI processes the documents we read with AI. Phone and messaging providers, including WhatsApp (operated by Meta), handle communications you initiate. These providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and its users. Your choices and requests

You can decline analytics and still use the site. Use Cookie choices at any time to change your choice. You can also clear site data in your browser. Our cookie notice explains the storage involved.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, object to a use, or withdraw a consent you gave, including the ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition) under Mexico's personal data law. Email contact@vertum.studio with your name, what you are asking for, and a way for us to confirm the request comes from you. We will reply within 20 business days, or sooner if the law that applies to you requires it.

Our site does not change its behavior for browser Do Not Track signals: analytics only load if you allow them, and we don't track you across other sites.

Security

We protect information with measures that fit a business our size: access limited to Vertum's founders, encrypted connections, and providers that encrypt the data they store. No method is perfect. If an incident affected your personal information, we would notify you as the law requires.

Retention, children, and updates

We keep requests and conversations from people who don't become clients for up to 24 months after the last contact, then delete them. Examples sent for a sample follow the 30-day rule above. Client information is kept as the project agreement and the law require. Google states that Firebase Hosting retains IP data for a few months; analytics retention follows the settings and controls of our GA4 property. We do not knowingly seek information from children through this business website.
