Do I have to install anything or switch systems?
No. Your team keeps using email, messages, and the tools it already has. We work around those.
Will this replace someone on my team?
No. We take the tedious work of copying information by hand off your team's plate; the decisions stay theirs.
Who sees my documents?
Only Vertum's founders. To read them we use Google Cloud, which under its business terms does not use that content to train its models. The details are in our privacy notice.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to read documents, photos, and messages. But every process follows clear rules, and when something doesn't add up, a person confirms it before anything moves on. Edgardo holds Google Cloud's Generative AI Leader certification.
How much does it cost?
It depends on volume and on what needs to be connected. After the sample, we give you a fixed-price proposal, with no surprises.
